Accounts cum Admin

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make online payment, issue PV, Salary Vouchers, DN, etc
• Prepare summary for claims with receipts attached
• To record invoices, monitor Trade Creditors Aging Report
• Update & control workers' loan (excel)
• Record subcon claims in summary
• Update Company Assets, Deposits filing
• Provide infor to Accounts for keying in
• Secretarial assistance such as handle correspondences, handle calls, write emails/ letters.
• Assist in recruitment, shortlisting candiddates
• Assist in System & Methods
• General banking where required
• General Office Administration works 
• General assistance to Directors in daily Operations

Requirement

• Min Diploma in related field
• Min 3 years related experience
• Age 23-40 years old
• Fair in spoken English, BM, Mandarin (if possible)
• Fair in written English, BM
• Able to liaise with all levels of people incl govt dept, foreign workers, etc
• Able to travel when necessary in klang valley for work where required eg bank, govt dept, etc
• Those with valid driving license and car will have an added advantage
• Able to work independently and alone without supervision
