Technology Process Manager The primary role Technology Process Manager is to ensure that the IT processes, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organization's strategies, policies and standards. Being the expert in the D&IT process he/ she onws and keep improving them in line with D&IT Strategic goals and objectives. He/she also supports on desiging and implementing D&IT KPI, interacts with D&IT Management and D&IT Leads to present the results for their analysis and decision making. Faciliates trainings and communications in alignement with Change management team What will you do? D&IT Process Management: Take responsibility for managing one or several D&IT processes to effectively approve or reject introducing changes and making improvements that will increase productivity and reduce costs and keep it simple. Ensure that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently. Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines. Be of support for the other D&IT processes of his / her peers. Performance Management Aligns Technology processes with Technology's strategic & operational goals, ensure alignment of process design to strategic and operational goals, establishing process measurement systems that align with organizational goals Recommend and participate in the analysis, evaluation and development of long-term D&IT strategic KPIs roadmap and operating plans related to D&IT function's own capabilities in line with the enterprise’s long-term objectives. Ensures accuracy and integrity of Technology Master Data in D&IT systems (ServiceNow, PowerBI, ...) Supports on monthly D&IT Strategic & operational KPIs and any other D&IT dashboard. Documentation & Training management: Gate keeper of all D&IT process documentation of the ODCIO. Ensure all documentation of his / her processes and peers are up-to-date. Prepare and being able to provide trainings for all D&IT process that ODCIO owns. Communication management: Liaise with IT Leads on current initiatives, provide all required information and documentation, so that future processes and systems are aligned with management expectations and are well adopted to deliver expected benefits. Align with the D&IT Change management team in all our communications to promote new initatives, inform about progress What are the next steps?
