BLACK SWAN, a training & consultancy setup in the field of Health, Safety & Environment, is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing & Business Development Executive to join us.Primarily s/he will be responsible for contacting potential clients, lead generation, scheduling appointments, and deal closure with necessary documentation to accelerate business volume. We believe that young talent should be given equal opportunity to get exposure of real-life challenges. For this role, young challengers (Male or Female) should be enthusiastic, keen learner, and passionate to explore & apply new dimensions of Marketing & Sales. Responsibilities: Reach out to a high volume of leads, aiming to contact potential clients on regular basis. Engage with prospect clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and interest in our services. Effectively communicate the value proposition of BLACK SWAN offerings and schedule appointments with potential clients. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update in the system accordingly. Continuously update your knowledge about our services, target market, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects. Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s education in Sales & Marketing with good command on digital marketing Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar sales role, preferably in the training & consultancy business. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients. Ability to dialogue with high volume of potential clients and maintain self-productivity. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity. Proficiency in computer to track leads, update information, manage appointments, and carryout digital marketing. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the business processes. Persistent and tenacious with excellent follow-up skills. Immediate availability and willingness to commit to a full-time role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
