Property Finder is the leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region. A UAE-born startup, Property Finder expanded its operations to Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt over the years. Recently, it acquired a significant stake in Zingat in Turkey. The company is one of the largest technology start-ups in the region and on a journey to becoming a Unicorn. We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography. Position Summary : Within the Marketing Team, Property Finder is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Bahrain who will be responsible for implementing the Property Finder marketing strategy in the market and driving growth for PF. This role report to the B2B Senior Marketing Manager Qatar, Bahrain & KSA and will work on projects across 3 countries. Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to drive customers' and consumers' loyalty to the PF brand.
  • Develop and own the marketing calendar and campaigns end to end.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, social, content B2B and performance marketing to drive effective marketing initiatives.
  • Execute the customer engagement calendar in Bahrain with high participation and satisfaction rates.
  • Generate creative ideas for content marketing and increase engagement metrics of the blog.
  • Guard the brand identity, voice and tone in the local market to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Plan and execute local PR initiatives to enhance brand positioning and SOV.
  • Develop a social media calendar aligned with the SM strategy.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of al marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Work with the product department to deliver an efficient GTM communications internally and externally.
Desired Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3 Years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Vital planning and event management skills to drive the customer engagement calendar.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics tools.
