Senior Project Manager

Connect6 Group is a Canadian-based company based in Toronto with an office presence in GCC countries. We are looking to add a Lead Developer or Senior Project Manager in GCC to work on our AI Development Team. As a Lead Developer/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver projects across multiple business avenues for our AI software. You will plan, organize, schedule and coordinate the work for the developers and ensure the required results are achieved.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research, analyze project elements, define deliverable schedules
• Manage schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Lead and coordinate project team meetings
• Communicate project status on a daily basis to stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of the development of the program through understanding client need from all stakeholders
• Manage priorities effectively and set expectations among all members of the project team, including support for project completion
• Promote and practice company values in the leadership of staff and in the nurturing of a creative, innovative and enjoyable work environment
