Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. We are seeking for talented professional, to enhance Singapore IBGO capability to enable the vision of future ready smart operations. About this role The Operations Planning and Project Management function of Singapore Institutional Banking Group Operations (IBGO) is responsible for strategic planning, headcount & financials management and people engagement strategy. In addition, the function strives to drive and execute SG country level digital and strategic initiatives, change management operationalization, new target end-to-end Ops & Servicing model, operations productivity and data instrumentation implementation, customer and employee journeys, demand management, and future ready workforce planning. The team partners closely with all IBGO Regional Project, Products, IBG COO to design fit-for purpose ops user requirements, and also with T&O Ops COO on people engagement, to transform our workforce and scale towards SG IBGO Vision of Digital Smart Ops. We are looking to hire a specialist to drive operations country business planning, people engagement and communications. Responsibilities Planning & Execution:

  • Drive & Prepare business review & country strategy, cadence
  • Co-create Country-level people strategy and plan in alignment with relevant country-level employee related KPIs, and to drive employee engagements with a reach across > 600 staffs
  • Analyse annual country-level engagement results for insights & areas of focus for ongoing improvements, also collation of other departments' engagement action plans
  • Ideate, lead & execute programs focuses in 4 main people dimensions (Connect, Adapt, Reward and Engage), and business outcomes . This includes a) regular events (virtual & physical) such as townhalls, management offsites, skip-level sessions, and b) new programs that employees care about such as wellness, volunteering, c) drive initiatives relating to sustainability, diversity & inclusion
  • Evaluate and source out options (including venue, suppliers) for events
  • Work closely with stakeholders and partners to deliver and manage learning programs, offerings, and courses. Perform routine learning administration and coordination to deliver a positive experience for learners.
Governance:
  • Overall governance & tracking of achievements against KPIs (country level and cross KPI across Customer, Stakeholders, Employee, Area of Focuses) in quarterly to half-yearly scorecard management
  • Drive monthly review with senior management
  • Centrally consolidate nominations for bank-wide / industry awards and recognitions nominations (including drafting/ review/ refine pitch write-up)
  • Centrally consolidate questions from townhall, work with management and partners like HR, CRESA to finalize responses and publish into country employee engagement portal
Marketing & Communications:
  • Leverage various internal communication mediums (e.g. intranet, broadcast channels, EDMs and newsletters) to reach our target audience.
  • Design and produce media content (e.g. EDMs, copies, posters, video for internal communication and internal campaign/event outreach.
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, human relations, marketing & communications
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in business planning, employee experiences, engagement and communications (banking operations background is a plus)
