Our British curriculum school, International School of Creative Science (ISCS), Bahrain is looking for creative, passionate and outstanding Assistant HR Manager who value professional development opportunities and a good work-life balance. To provide support and manage functional areas of HR for all the Business Units/ Departments of the School. Including recruitment and employment, visa and labor relations, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluations, compensation & benefits administration, training and special projects. To implement Group HR policies/procedures. Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervise the activities of HR staffs for the purpose of ensuring all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
• Handles staff tuition fee discounts, confidential letters, complaints, disputes and grievances of all staff members in confidence and escalate where required within a reasonable time frame.
• Manage exit interviews with all departments/staff members for voluntary leavers.
• Supervises monthly time & attendance and associated payroll information.
• Verifying payroll, data adjustment, and then transfer it to accounts.
• Performance review of the HR department.
• Interface with BEAM L&D for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs wherever appropriate.
• In-charge of HR announcement to all staffs
• Supervises recruitment coordination with BEAM recruitment
• Ensure compliance with Labor Law and school regulator's policy and procedures.
• Prepares a variety of reports, folders, paperwork, announcements of vacancies etc., for the purpose of providing documentation, ad hoc HR reports and information to others.
• Participate in HR projects as and when required and any other requirement by Management.

Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Preference with CIPD or HR equivalent certification.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the HR department of a school
• Should have solid knowledge and experience of HR operations.
• Superior skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and the Internet.
• Proven track record of relationship building and interpersonal skills.
