This stylish four star hotel in Co Kildare offering full service F&B, C&B and leisure facilities is currently recruiting an experienced General Manager to oversee the financial, commercial and operational success of the property. In addition to ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent standards of guest service in all hotel departments, this role will be responsible for ensuring a profitable financial operation, with key responsibilities such as preparing budgets, managing costs, and managing capex projects. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (or related field) and will have at least three years’ experience as General Manager of a large, full-service four star hotel with significant F&B and C&B business. Must have significant experience with financial reporting and a proven track record of setting and meeting KPIs. Further attributes include:
