We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Global Digital Segment Relationship Manager based in Singapore. - Actively call on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owning, responding to and anticipating any future needs, challenges or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary
- Work closely with senior RMs, product specialists and subject matter experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
- Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriate
- Stay connected with influencers, industry associations, thought leaders and senior business contacts to expand industry knowledge and deepen CITI COMMERCIAL BANK (CCB)'s relationship with these partners
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of commercial banking products and process, particularly in the Digital/TMT space
- Ability to work effectively in team setting, and communicates views with clarity and confidence
- Aggressive and hungry for creating new business opportunities with existing clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients' needs.
- Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients
- Positive mindset with can-do attitude, willingness to go extra miles for providing sound advice and effective services to clients
- Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolves queries in a timely manner, leveraging internal resources
