  1. License Management
    • To assess the licensing requirements for operations of the Business and updates on all amendments, notifications, bye laws, rules, and regulations.
    • Applying Licenses for the New Stores and Renewal for the various Licenses for the Smooth Functioning of the Stores
    • Ensuring all the applicable Licenses, Registrations & Approvals is procured for operations of the stores with due diligence
    • Stay up to date with all the policies and compliances both online portals and offline channels
    • Maintaining an updated tracker of all the licenses
     2. Collaboration with Authorities
    • Deal with various Statutory, Regulatory, Government and Judicial Authorities for seeking various Approvals, Permissions, Registrations, Licenses etc.
    • Liaisoning with various Government Officials and Authorities such as FSSAI, Excise etc. and various other government and semi–Government Bodies
    • Appearing Before the Various Courts and Government Bodies for the Compounding of the Challans and for Other Matters
    • Collaboration with Internal stake holders both stores and HQ
     3. Procedures’ SOPs and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with established SOPs and Procedures for the Beer Cafe /taproom/ micro-brewery, as well as F&B policies, standards, and procedures through regular training and supervising of teams
    • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
    • Ensure all the reports are prepared with accuracy within timelines
       Skills Required : Liaisoning, Stake Holder, Licenses Management Experience : 3 to 8 Years
