Head Chef

Working Location: Papua New Guinea   Salary: RM 7,000 - RM 8, 000 (Food and Accommodation provided）  Job description:

• Responsible for menu creation and updates, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of taste and quality.
• Ensure the freshness and high quality of ingredients, overseeing inventory management.
• Lead the kitchen team, providing training and guidance to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a conducive working environment.

  Work Requirement:

• Extensive work experience in the field of Cantonese cuisine or other cuisine.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong management skills and experience in team leadership.
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English
