What you’ll be doing:
- Create incremental sales opportunities at warm and cold accounts
- Build and clean targeting list and database
- Highly effective, organised use of Sales Automation System
- Search for the right people and businesses, and set up the connections through outbound marketing
- Develop sales skills, product and competitive knowledge
- Reach out to prospects through different types of communication
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
- Work with leads generated by the business's other activities, such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and customer referrals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager preferably in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent
- A creative, passionate and self-driven team player
- Willingness to contact and sell to people you’ve never met
- Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads
- Friendly, competitive spirit and a team-oriented mindset
- A relentless desire for growth and advancement
- Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment
