A fantastic domestic firm are seeking to recruit a corporate commercial solicitor to join the corporate team and assist in the expansion and growth of the firm at this exciting time. The firm are a very well regarded Irish firm and are looking to build upon this reputation as a real alternative to the Big 5. This is therefore an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate / commercial solicitor to work on top quality work in a down to earth and friendly team with excellent levels of autonomy in terms of clients.

The work regularly handled by the firm is high quality and includes many high value transactions such as M&As and joint ventures, dealing with a variety of clients and businesses. The work will be complex and diverse.

You will be a qualified corporate / commercial solicitor with a least one years' PQE gained at a well-regarded corporate/commercial team in Ireland or the UK on a range of corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions.
