Because we believe that banking is about people Role Overview: The Business Learning Partner Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Learning Partners focused on developing and delivering high-impact learning solutions aligned with the bank's business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with various internal HR business partners, relevant business units to identify learning needs, design effective learning programs, and measure the impact of learning initiatives. The coverage of this role is for the consumer banking & wealth management businesses - for Singapore and core markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Learning Partners, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders and learning partners to understand strategic priorities and learning needs within different units of the bank.
- Design, develop, and implement tailored learning strategies to address specific business challenges and goals.
- Drive impactful, end-to-end delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning interventions, ensuring high-quality content and engaging delivery methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Possess thought leadership and updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development in the specific portfolio coverage.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on the financial services industry preferred.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of learning professionals.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
- Results-oriented and digital mindset with a track record of driving measurable impact through learning initiatives.
