Job Description
Main Responsibilities:- Plans, schedules, and oversees the entire program of work.
- Organizes and coordinates planning activities.
- Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities.
- Inputs the work breakdown structure information for accurate forecasting.
- Maintains and updates technical records and prepares technical reports.
- Attends to and has knowledge of Shutdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance.
- Determines appropriate logistics solutions in managing resources.
- Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
- Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms.
- Verifies critical path and interfaces between design, engineering, procurement, and execution.
- Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.
- Updates the schedule based on inputs received from the project team.
- Prepares monthly Progress reports and Labor histograms.
- Accumulates, collects, and analyzes data and information required for planning.
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of construction and project planning experience, ideally on large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Holding MMUP Grade "A" is a must.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Primavera and computer literate.
- Interpersonal skill, ethical values, and commitment to continual improvement.
- Capable of providing technical leadership in a multi-disciplinary construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written reports).
