Continuously reinforce Focus2Zero message for all site activities including error traps and Focus2Zero Error Prevention Tools.Performance Reporting : Drive site performance and productivity. Ensure that post job assessments are carried out for all personnel in line with event completion dates. Sharing of lessons learned and best practices via IQ processPROFILStandards and Expectations : To ensure the quality standards are achieved by implementing quality procedures advising section/quality engineers of problems with procedures and standards of workmanship and cooperation in the resolution. To handle effectively all first line disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.Competence : Coach and mentor members of the team.Education & QualificationFull Apprenticeship in relevant trade or NVQ 3 or equivalent in Erecting (for all Rigging and Erecting tasks) or NVQ 3 or equivalent in Moving Loads (for all Rigging tasks only) Appointed Persons Certificate IELTS 5.5 (or equiv) IOSH Managing Safely ECITB Supervisory Management Modules as required (or equiv) Lifting Equipment Inspection Engineering Diploma(or equiv) Nebosh qualificationKnowledge & SkillJob-related3 years advanced craftsman status as an Erector/Rigger2 years managing lifting operations on site.Significant and appropriate experience in Rigging and lifting operations as both a gang member and Lead hand/chargehand, experienced in using various lifting equipment including cranes within the Industry Sector.Sound understanding of Human PerformanceGeneral1 year experience as a ChargehandExperienceMinimum 3 years nuclear site experienceExperience of supervising on turbine plant
