Job Purpose

Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Stock and maintain supply rooms.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

For the communication at site with third parties like fire/police/ambulance in cases of emergency.

Building checks of windows, doors and entrances to ensure a secure environment

Deters admittance of unauthorized persons to the premises

Investigates and reports unusual conditions or disturbances

Prevents all kind of damage to property, tenants and visitors

Identifies all kind of risks and hazards, reports and takes necessary corrective action

Checks and operates elevator function

Silences the fire alarm when given written instructions

Ensures a clean and healthy environment in all public areas of the building like lobbies, entrances, floors, staircases, rooftop, parking areas.

Cleaners will ensure that the public area including floors, walls, parking areas etc. will be cleaned regular as per following schedule:
