Liaising with the Client representative in developing creative concepts.

Determine how best to represent a concept visually

Develop the overall look and style for an advertising campaigns.

Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other design staff members

Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and Client Relationship activities.

Liaising with clients to develop an artistic approach and style

Coordinate activities with other artists and creative departments

Present designs to clients for approval

Be imaginative and full of ideas -Have an eye for the best in contemporary art and design

Be aware of the latest production techniques, tools and materials

Be able to apply creative thinking to business problems having great communication skills that allow you to "sell" in an inspirational way

Be a team player who can operate effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

Understanding Creative briefs, Scripts and story lines to understand creative requirements.

Solve problems in a creative and logical manner.

Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.

Pitching new clients and develop business and increasing the revenue for the company.

Develop and execute the company's client networks

Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.

Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

New Business Development - Participate actively in potential RFPs and RFQs floating in the market

Monitor a close watch of the market and identify business opportunities

Build relationships with the decision makers within potential clients
