- Provides information about the property and the community to the prospective resident
- Responsible for leasing property at an acceptable and approved rent rates
- Greets visitors and determines if the Property meets the client's
- Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current
- Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork ( applications,
- Effectively communicates changes in units leased status to Maintenance
- Supports the overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements,
- Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expirations, square footage, etc
- Prepares quarterly reports and analyzes the real estate market trends and conditions
- Monitors all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy
- Analyzes concerns associated with apartments that are slow to lease and offers recommendations to the General ;
- Inspects all vacant apartments on a regular basis to ensure they are ready to show to prospective
- Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident
- Liaise with the appropriate Government departments, such as Municipality, Land Registry and DEWA regarding property
- Ensure that all appropriate documentation with relation to Real Estate is processed
- Collect and deliver all documents to clients, building contractors
- Guide, direct, develop, motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management
