1.Sells spare parts and/or services to meet the customer's needs; Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.
2.Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
3.Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers etc.
4.Responsible to send quotations to customer end as per their inquiries.
5.Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
6.Assist with Outdoor Sales Executives in merchandising; Work along with Outdoor Sales Executive providing good support to achieve team target.
7.Managing and achieving parts sales target according to the given plan.
8.Suggesting additional related parts to customers to improve sales.
9.Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.
10.Assist with Parts Manager in all Sales related activities.
11.Handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected as per company standards.
12.Coordinate with Accounts dept. for up to date financial transactions (cash/cheque/etc.) carried and agreed with customers without any failure.
13.All kind of documents related to customers such as Cheque, vouchers, Sales contracts, etc. shall be verified prior to receipt/issuance.
14.Follow up the customer on collection of accounts receivables.
15.Ensure successful follow-up with customers on campaign & special offers orders.
16.Maintain customer & update customer accounts' including contracts, trade licenses & bank guarantees etc.
17.Keeps yourself groomed and clothed as per the company guidelines.
18.Reporting to the Parts Manager on activities, reviews and analyses.
19.Conduct market survey, identify new business possibilities, etc.
