2.Participate in developing and tracking of maintenance projects, related to different applications utilized: Maximo, Oracle, Credo, Akwire also verifying quality on performance, troubleshooting and fixing issues related to databases or network connectivity
3.MOC Oil & Gas layer in Maximo maintenance, support and training of end users
4.Ability to manipulate, extract and validate data to create all necessary reports as required. Utilizing a variety of reporting tools: Birt, Spotfire, Primavera, etc.
5.In coordination with the Maximo Team, issue the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports to help visualize and manage the Maintenance/Operations Department efforts
6.Responsible for processing mass data loads in Maximo as required. Job Plans, Assets, PM records, changes on Descriptions or field content.
7.Support a variety of interfaces Maximo-Oracle, Maximo-Credo, Maximo Akwire. Troubleshoot and fix.
8.Actively participate in the process of preparation and follow up of Procedures that will help to optimize software utilization as well as to minimize or eliminate outages, improve database integrity and conservation
9.Responsible for establishing proper and timely liaison with Houston in the resolution of a variety of problems associated to database, interface, and network. Following the guidelines established by IT
10.Provide advice on workflow processes and IT Service Management best practices and business related to Maximo
11.Ability to contribute effectively and creatively as an individual and as a member of multi-disciplinary teams
12.Ability to communicate information and evaluations in a clear and concise manner both orally and in written format
13.Ability to independently handle multiple assignments/projects and prioritize workload
14.Ability to quickly assess situations and take appropriate action
15.Ability to meet short-term deadlines
