Requirements:
Matric (essential)
Clear ITC and criminal record (essential)
Mathematics
Finance qualification (advantageous)
A minimum of 2 years' customer service experience within a renowned company
Inbound Call Center Agent experience
Competencies:
Proficient in Excel, MS Office
Excellent business writing skills
Strong interpersonal
Client management
Analytical problem solving
Candidates with a long service history and high levels of professionalism are preferred.
