We are looking for a Software Business Analyst- Arab Nationality who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product's features.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
Enhancements of the existing CORE business solution and systems.
Meet with the business stakeholders to identify and scope business opportunities.
Analyze the business requirements, prepare, and review required documents Such as BRD (Business Requirements Document) SRS (System Requirement Document).
Prepare and execute the functional testing activities (test plans, scenarios and tests. results) in both testing and production environments.
Ensure user acceptance for the new project results.
Audit and refresh of the existing Analytical tools and templates.
Propose initiatives and continuous enhancements to increase.
Participate in meetings with BA specialist vendors and partners.
Review, evaluate, and rollout different proof of concepts (POCs) if needed.
Liaising as point of contact between implementation team and customers when it comes to live system production issues.
Communicate all customers' changes / new requirements to associated project manager and implementation team.
Create, and customized reports for business stakeholders and customers.
Understand application issues to determine root cause and possible remediation.
Support customer implementation projects.
Support customer file transfer processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related degree, MBA is a plus.
5 years of experience in related field.
Solid experience in Mobile and Web applications.
Strong Linguistic Skills: English, Arabic.
Only Arab Nationality can apply
Business analysis training/ certificate.
Good knowledge in Artificial intelligence, block chain, robotics and has experience to apply it on business.

Experience in open data science.
