To provide heavy equipment services to all refinery department in a safe efficient manner including preparation and study of critical rigging plans, schedule the works as per priorities and ensure the availability of equipment in the heavy equipment workshop in a good maintained condition and to maintain high moral between his subordinates. Education:
Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification. Experience & Skills:
15 years of hands on experience in the heavy equipment lifting & rigging, maintenance and operation of mobile cranes, overhead cranes, winches, forklifts, etc with a multinational workforce. He is required to carry out complex rigging studies that may be carried out either by the Refinery staff or a contractor. Verify the steps to be taken with the concerned and follow it through until approval by STI Department and job execution. Should have a well developed intuitive engineering sense.
