Deliver Data Allocated to Pre-Qualified Lead Metric for Secured and Unsecured Loan Product
Engage with Fulfilment team for seam less follow through with Customers for E2E process closure
Deliver on productivity Metric of Data to lead, Lead to login and Login to Disbursement and Revenue Metrics
Manage Relationships with all stakeholders - Customers, FI/Bank Representatives, Sales teams to deliver the desired Metrics
Ensure identification of process gaps are relayed to Business owners for corrective measures
