We are currently looking to recruit experienced Dealer Support Staff – Watches for Watches Division.
The main duties within the role include the following:
•Proper handling of the sample boxes and keeping them in a presentable manner so that merchandise, even before seeing should create an impression with the dealer.
•Consult in advance with the dealer sales supervisor for the weekly plan so that you are well prepared to visit premises closer or out of Doha.
•Observe the different characteristics of various locations, their business timings so that you can provide valuable inputs to the dealer team.
•Be vigilant once the sample boxes are opened for view and while the order process is ongoing keeping in mind, onlookers, visitors to the shop do fancy looking and picking watches. At this juncture losses could happen hence extra vigil is required in addition to discouraging politely to handling the watches by other customers.
•Keep a count of the stock and by every tray so that empty space will be quickly observed.
•Keep a count while taking out the goods and after bringing them back to office in the presence of the dealer sales executive.
•Keep the mind focused on business at all times, see the behavioural patterns of the dealers, shop display, competitors activities and if there is anything unusual inform discreetly, immediately your observations to the our dealer sales executive followed by passing the information to the dealer sales supervisor.
•Keep the bags clean, tidy, well polished so that it is a pleasures to see them.
