- Processes inbound leads and does outbound calls to potential clients
- Qualifies leads based on goal and service capabilities
- Establishes rapport and engages new and existing clients to take a vested interest in growing.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Constantly coordinates with clients and ensures closure of deals through closing process
- Maintains database such as CRM, Excel and etc
- Builds smooth interaction with the internal sales team and provides client's challenges and updates
- Builds pipeline of opportunities to close sales
