Manage daily QA duties and the QA/testing team

Develop and implement quality practices in methodologies and processes

Manage/support multiple QA projects

Develop QA plan and timeline

Recommend improvement to processes and practices to IT management and application team

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a QA/Test manager for Application/software development

Hands-on experience in automated testing, performance testing and functional testing for web and mobile application

Eye for details and accuracy

Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead/guide the QA team
