We are searching for a communicative candidate, who is proactive and passionate about our company and clients. You will act as a point of contact for our clients, keeping the long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with them. To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organised.
Our Requirements:
ME work experience as a Finance & Accounts Assistant
Knowledge of basic book keeping/accounting procedures
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, Outlook and Tally software
University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Your Responsibilities:
Working with spreadsheets, sales/purchase/expense ledgers and journals
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Managing petty cash transactions
Preparation of statement of account
Preparation of payment & ensure all the procedures are complied
Bank/supplier/customer account reconciliation
Monthly closure of books/ monthly reports/reports as & when assigned
Take part in the audit procedure
Required qualifications
University degree
