Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain all components of ITS and all ITS related systems including web application
• Investigate and analyze issues/requirements raised by users
• Design, develop/create scripts, test, and implement resolutions to the issues/requirements raised by users
• Prepare documentations as necessary
• Participate in project progress "walk-through" to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Carry out application systems performance review and make recommendations for changes, as necessary
• Resolve issues in the form of telephone, electronic and/or on-site resolution

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least any 4/5-years course related to software development ( Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering)
• With at least 2 years' experience in application system and/or technical architecture support, systems and problem identification and resolution of identified issues/problems
• Must be proficient in technologies such as: Oracle Tools (Oracle v7 and higher), Solaris ( and higher), Unix derivative programs (SQLPLUS, PL/SQL), Object Oriented Web-Based applications (JAVA, J2EE), .Net
• Excellent communication skills

• Flexible and adaptable on different programming environment
