-Business Development activities via a telephonic conversation with perspective, potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

-Customer requirement understanding and estimation coordinate with Direct Sales Leaders to furnish proposals and business closures.

-Manager and Service Customer Accounts.

-Business Calls tracking.

-Customer database management.

-Coordinate with Sales and Delivery Department of company.

-Achieve Monthly Business Targets.

-Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Qualification: Graduate/ Technical or Sales Course Certification/ MBA/ MCA

Skills: Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi, Sales Skills, Telephonic Customer Interactions, Understanding of Information Technology Products/ services.
