Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Visitor Management on the authority premises
Attend and respond to complaints/incidents
Any other duties as detailed by the Security Department
Job Requirements:
Be able to provide a high level of customer service
Be able to handle difficult customers
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Have experience working with people from different backgrounds
Be able to converse well in at least 2 languages
Min Year Of Experience: 2
