ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- MBA in human resources management or equivalent

- Experience in the facility management industry

- Blue collars managerial skills, labor laws and disciplinary procedure

- Experience in performance management and review process

- Successful negotiator and influencer

- Excellent communicator to all levels of management in the company
