Looking for eligible candidates for the position of "Tender Executive" in Dubai.
Must have knowledge and skills of using E-supply Procurement Portal of Dubai Government (TEJARI) and all related e-procurement websites in the UAE to monitor, prepare & submit commercial quotations, follow-ups.
Generating new inquiries, preparing quotations before the deadline, checking prices & negotiating with suppliers, site visits, submitting samples, coordinate client meeting & follow-ups.
Maintaining Customer Purchase Order and executing in time.
Handling all correspondences related to the government tenders/RFQ's.
Responsible for building long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
Knowledge of medical consumable products and the industry is a bonus.
