We are recruiting now a female Part-Time recruiter (Fresh Graduates) to join our team with the below Job Description:
Screening resumes
Search and match qualified candidates.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Making recommendations to the company hiring managers
Job Requirements:
Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates
Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Xing etc.
Proficient in English, and Arabic together with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills
Good negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
This program will be for 3 months; Part-time Job: 3 days per week for 3 hours
Joining Date as soon as possible.
Required qualifications
Speak Arabic and English
