Job purpose
To handle all assigned Auditing and Training Activities
Qualifications
-Bachelor/ Master Degree in scientific/technological discipline (or equivalent)
-Minimum 8 year experience with a reputable Certification Body
-Possess current Lead Auditor Certification for ISO or other relevant standards
-Have satisfactorily completed the relevant IRCA approved training course (or equivalent) in operations and auditing. The course(s) must include an examination, which must be passed to evidence satisfactory completion.
-Have competent working knowledge of relevant nationally recognized auditing standards and procedures especially QHSE.
Skills
-Good communication skills
-Leadership skills
-Possess IT skills and be conversant with basic MS packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
-Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license.
Duties and responsibilities
Related to Audits:
To perform 3rd party audits for RICI customers in Bahrain, KSA and other GCC countries.
To perform audits in any capacity (Lead Auditor, Auditor) in conformance with the relevant audits procedures.
To ensure that audits are performed in a professional, effective and commercially expedient way, in accordance with relevant KPIs. Ensuring timely and accurate audit reporting to the customers and scheme office.
To maintain appropriate auditor credentials and seek continued professional training/certifications as needed
To assist in the training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors during planned audits or during other training functions.
To participate actively in witness audits by IAS or other Accreditation Bodies.
Related to Training:
To delivery of IRCA accredited and/or non-IRCA training programs in accordance with RICI's policies and procedures.
To provide required support to the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in development of relevant training materials
To ensure that all pre and post training activities are planned and executed in a professional and timely manner.
Other duties and responsibilities:
To assist sales teams and other RICI business segments in collecting industry data and providing any support to increase company's customer base.
To carry out any other related job assigned by the direct supervisor/ management.
Authorities
Make audit decisions as per the guidelines given by scheme office.
Make decisions for the qualification of students attending the training in accordance with RICI guidelines and procedures.
To provide Give feedback to management about the RICI's performance and market ;
