Process/Operational- Search for innovative product ranges with market acceptance, large potential, high profit margins and acquire new agencies for products either locally or internationally.
- Evaluate products that are offered to Unimed to distribute and provide management with feedback about their potential.
- Conduct market studies on volume, competition and accreditations on each product before acquiring any agency.
- Set and execute a Marketing Plan for all Products.- Maintain supply of Medical Consumables to AHD and increase it so that majority of their requirements are supplied by us.
- Establish a common platform for Medical Consumables & Equipments with the American Hospital.
- Monitor and control Accounts Receivables within the collection period as per company policy.
- Monitor and control the inventory level with maximum shelfline and minimum storage period to meet market demands whilst maintaining optimum levels of inventory.
- Work closely with the Sales teams/ Sales Management on placing products in the market and select key opinion leaders to gain support for the product.
- Field visits with Sales and Marketing team to establish good contacts ,develop and maintain better relationship with Customers.
- Manage the Medical Division team, provide training and support to them, monitor their daily activities.- Develop a client base and explore opportunities for company growth, new market synergies and new business avenues.
- Clear and effective communication with all staff and with the Senior Management Team in particular.
- Negotiate with manufacturers contract terms, budgets and strategies based on studies that are done in local market.
- Set & implement Monthly and Annual Business Plans and Budgets for each Agency/ Product added in coordination with and approval of the General Manager.
- Assist in after sales service.- Look for and prepare tenders for Government and Private Sector.
