Responsibilities

• As an MS Dynamic CRM - Systems Analyst some tasks may include:
  
• Be a credible subject matter expert to CRA clients, developers, and executives.
  
• Quickly develop a detailed understanding of the stakeholders across organizations;
  
• Adhere to the roles and responsibilities; organizational commitments and interdependencies; and all other relevant aspects of the projects that have been completed or are in flight.
  
• Participate in or lead, as required, Joint Application Design (JAD) and or requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional team members of the CRA.
  
• Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that best leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and which follow an Agile development and support methodology.
  
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as: Outlook, FileNet, SAP, GCDocs, etc.
