• BSc / BEng or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of demonstrable experience in design, operation and maintenance of ITS infrastructure, with satisfactory exposure to all related disciplines
• Experience in highway design, traffic engineering and allied fields.
• Experience with electrical / electronics / tele‐communications systems as related to ITS"
