Job Purpose:

To support the marketing department by compiling, formatting and reporting information and materials.

Reports:

Directly reports into the Marketing Manager in Dubai.

Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities  
  
• Prepare mailers (EDM's) and SMS to send to the company's customer database 
  
• Monitor all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ;
  
• Manage Microsites and ensure all information is up to date and accurate 
  
• Publish and maintain English Facebook campaigns 
  
• Create marketing surveys, compile data, summarise information and distribute reports to the relevant department 
  
• Respond, create and oversee customers questions and answers on yallacompare's forum page 
  
• Update and manage Banking products across 9 countries 
  
• Assist with promotional activities 
  
• Communicate across departments, working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Editorial team  
  
• Schedule meetings and communicate directly with suppliers to encourage trusting relationships
