Aged Care GP provides dedicated GP medical care to residents of residential aged care.

Aged Care GP is a rapidly growing organization dedicated to providing GP medical care to residents of residential aged care facilities.

As a GP working with Aged Care GP you'll work in partnership with aged care facilities and work closely with their multidisciplinary teams. You will carry out comprehensive medical assessments, contribute to care plans and case conferences, collaborate with pharmacists on medication management, and ensure comprehensive handovers take place.
