•Review and approve the Contractor’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
•Review and approve quality plans and processes
•Ensure that the disposition of SDRs / MOCs related to quality are processed and documented as per Venture MOC process.
•Determine potential system weaknesses by proactively engaging with PMT, Contractor’s engineering, construction and quality groups.
•To analyze results from on-going quality surveillance assessments to better focus PMT surveillances.
•Conjunction with the FAP Quality Manager and Project QA Engineer, the QL will assess Contractor’s quality performance metrics and ensures visibility across the project.
