Job Purpose:

  • The purpose of this role is to have an individual responsible to improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth through recruiting, mentoring and cultivating a best in class business development team.
  • This role also helps define long-term organizational strategic goals, builds senior level key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities and maintains extensive knowledge of the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Deliver against all sales revenue and profit targets for Corporate Lease, Al Futtaim Finance Lending and Brokerage Business:



  • Responsible to devise strategies and techniques necessary to achieve the targets for all products assigned to the region
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
  • Support the Business Head in sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
  • Promote the brand by maintaining and developing the corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities on-line and off-line
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

 

Build, develop and lead best in class business Sales Team:

  • Maintains front line sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Ensure delivering the desired results for the business. Track performances and implement periodic reporting procedures for the team.
  • Motivating team members to work as a single unit and develop lucrative incentive schemes to ensure the team delivers to their full potential.
  • Develop the prospecting strategies through developing own prospect base by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

 

Display positive attitude and lead by example to build excellent working relationships with internal customers across the business and Al Futtaim Group:

  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Ensure synergies are formed between all customer touch points varying from customer service team, credit team and public relations team.
  • Work closely with credit and collections team to minimum debt and fraud.

 

Build high levels of customer satisfaction:

  • Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers by implementing best account management practices.
  • Develop relationship with existing client base and ensure the full Financing & Insurance Hertz product spectrum is introduced to all customers 
  • Plan and implement customer retention plans
