Urgent Requirement for an experienced Procurement Administrator for a renowned 7-star hotel property in Dubai
- Preferred Nationality – Open to all
- Gender – Open to Male & Female
- Salary – As per the market standards
- Other Benefits – As per UAE Law (Medical Insurance, Employee discounts, Flight ticket)
- Location – Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team in all back-end needs.
- Ensure that the department workflows are mapped, followed, and properly documented.
- Maintain, Create and Modify system data in the relevant libraries and tables.
- Research potential vendors and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
