Responsibilities:
Handling Indent for Raw materials, spare parts and other miscellaneous items such as promotional items and others.
Confirming orders with Suppliers for Raw material, spare parts and other items.
Entering Raw material Purchase/Sales orders in Excel data base.
Preparing weekly report on pending supplier/customer orders.
Preparing production plan against the orders as required.
Entering Shipment allocations in Supplier and Sales contract in Excel database.
Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents and requesting for any changes if need be.
Order processing in supplier wise orders, sales contract and MS Access.
Preparing documents (BL + Invoice) as per Accounts requirement for Payment to be made to suppliers.
Sending weekly report on the enquiries/orders for Machineries and Spare parts.
Tracking performance of raw material and other suppliers.
Tracking shipments and also the performance of the shipping lines/suppliers for delivery and transit time.
Getting quotes/ comparison/ negotiation and making proposal to seniors for confirming the orders.
Create database for suppliers, customers, raw material price tracking, freight, analyze data and make improvements.
Maintain good working relationship with suppliers and customers.
Ensuring all documents are properly maintained in file and are available when needed.
