Position Title: Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is an investment company handling various well-known restaurants in UAE.
Job Role:
Manage the Operation Manager's calendars and set up meetings
Support the Operations Manager in his daily tasks
Supervise daily operations of the organization
Develop a productive, profitable and achievement-oriented working environment for employees
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
