The Operator Channel Manager is responsible for over-achieving growth targets with key operator partners across MENA.
Ø Transform the company’s vision into tangible directions by developing & executing strategic and tactical plans that will result in the successful achievement of Clients KPIs like in-house share, revenue, premium share, & sell out targets
Ø Collaborate cross functionally with highly diversified teams with different seniority levels by improving commercial models and develop sales opportunities under fixed deadlines with minimum supervision.
Ø Support local country teams in building concrete localized Joint Business Plans with elements not limited to account planning, commercial targets, partner.com, support, marketing, co-investments, programs & data sharing.
Ø Elevate clients brand visibility by building mutually planned COOP marketing campaigns across all key touch points, including operator.com & digital
Ø Engage directly with group Operator accounts on PAN regional activities.
