Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing, design textiles, rugs, acoustic and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.
For our showroom in Dubai, we are looking for an Office Manager. You will refer directly to the Regional Director and be responsible for operating the office at an optimal level at all times.
Your main responsibilities
- Maintaining a very high level of customer service and inspire the internal team to do the same
- Ensure optimal daily processes and implement new processes and systems when required.
- Be the internal expert on Kvadrat and Maharam products
- Be the internal expert on project management, supporting the external sales team
- Act as back up for external sales, handle orders, complaints, calls and communicate with clients, sales reps and our HQ in Denmark and the USA when needed
- Supporting the external team on showroom visits, showroom events, and walk-in clients
- Responsible for allocating resources in the internal team
- Ensure learning and development for individuals in the internal team, focusing on skills relevant for Sales Coordinators.
- Responsible for showroom maintenance and coordinating product rotations
- Responsible for HR and legal, maintaining DMCC portal
- Assisting our HQ on finance-related tasks and reporting
- Ad hoc tasks for Regional Director
