Administrative Assistant Role, Dubai - JLT
We are a boutique management consultancy company providing specialist services to leading multinational companies.
We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to come in and help out with the daily running of the office. It’s a real hands on role and your day to day duties will involve but will not be limited to:
• Office support within an office of around five people
• Admin tasks
• Scanning letters
• Filing
• Ordering stationary
• Handling diaries and booking meetings via MS Teams, ZOOM and Google Docs
• Answering the phones
• General ad-hoc duties
• There is also the opportunity to get involved in planning events (Christmas party)
THE CANDIDATE
This position would suit an individual who is in an early stage of their career and looking to build on their skills. They are looking for someone with a proactive approach, a can-do attitude and extremely hardworking. You must be focused on the job and not afraid to ask questions!
