We are looking to hire our next CEO for One Month 2021! Are you ready to take the leap?
Our CEO for One Month program offers one amazing candidate the opportunity to fill the shoes of our CEO for the most amazing internship experience out there. What’s it like?
We want to help young people navigate the world of work. We have tips for your job hunt and can help offer you the initial work experience that will kick-start your career. We want to make sure that your professional ambitions come true. We, at The Adecco Group, are career and job market experts and we want to share our know-how with you.
Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Depending on candidate location and final selection at the Bootcamp)
Duration: 1 month (in June 2021)
Responsibilities:
- Working side- by-side to experience the life of a senior business leader.
- Shadow and work with Cluster leaders of UAE and Turkey, getting the opportunity to have international exposure in the first phase of the program.
- You will be working on a cluster level with leaders and department managers of UAE and Turkey, learning from them and shadowing them
- Work on a local project as well as global projects
- Work with global CEO1Month from 40+ countries
- Participate on online debates, webinars
- Be a part of press and media engagement
- You will be the CEO1Month mentor, an ideal and an influencer for youth
- You be will active on social media and other digital platforms sharing your CEO1Month journey

Salary: 6000 Euros (approx) for one month internship at National Level.
